Katie's eyes are dramatic with the use of a thin black eyeliner. This effect is simple to follow with maximum impact. Line both top and bottom rims with a black pencil liner, going into the lashline itself. Be sure to use a freshly sharpened pencil so that you get a thin and even line. Use a small eye shadow brush or the pencil's spongy end to smudge the line. Next, apply a pinky-champagne shadow from the crease toward the browline, try Fanatasized powder eye shadow from Loreal to create this effect. Use a chocolate-brown shadow on the lid and a mauve shadow in the crease. Use brushes to softly blend the lighter shades into the darker ones. Follow with a coat or two of black mascara on curled lashes, and if your brows are unruly, use a brow pencil and gel to shape and set them.

Katie's lips are lined, but it depends on your choice if you wish to do so. If you do, use a colour that's close to your natural lip color.
