Need to return or cancel a purchased product?

1.  Cancellation Policy 

1.1.    If you wish to cancel an item/s Before or After your order has been despatch please follow our Returns Procedure. All items must be returned within 7 days of notifying WakeupMakeup.com of your cancellation decision.

1.2.   If you cancel your order BEFORE your goods have been despatched from our distribution centre, no charge whatsoever will be applicable. 

1.3.   WakeupMakeup.com regrettably does not refund postage costs with return items due to change of mind. Any free gifts associated with an item must also be returned at the same time.

1.4.   We cannot accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, opened or is not in the exact condition it was despatched by WakeupMakeup.com. 

1.5.    WakeupMakeup.com reserves the right to cancel an order under all circumstances.  Such situations will include the investigation of possible fraudulent transactions.    All products are offered for sale subject to availability.

2.  Returns Policy: Damaged Items & Order Discrepancies  

Whilst we make every effort to ensure your WakeupMakeup.com order is received by you in perfect condition, occasionally errors may occur. As part of our customer commitment and quality assurance programme we will try our utmost to resolve these issues promptly.

2.1   If you would like to return any damaged item/s or there are discrepancies with your order   please follow our CANCELATION & RETURNS PROCEDURE and notify our customer services department with     details of your order within 3 working days of order receipt. We will be unable to issue a refund, if we are not notified within 3 business days.

2.2   Faulty Item/s must be returned to our distribution centre in their original condition, unopened and unused with proper packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. Any free gifts associated with an item must also be returned at the same time. 

2.3   Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

3. Cancellation & Returns Procedure   

If you would like to cancel or return any items from your order, please:

An Order Return Reference No. together with a Order Return Form will then be supplied by email by our staff.

3.2  Kindly Print off and complete the Order Return Form. 

3.3  Return all items in original packaging and condition together with the completed Order Return Form to our distribution centre:

3.4  Merchandise must be returned must be returned in secure packaging via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 1st or 2nd Class.

3.5   Upon receiving your return items in good order, WakeupMakeup.com will send you a confirmation by email and will make the corresponding refund to the debit card used to purchase your goods once we verify the reason for your return.
