1.       WakeupMakeup.com provides complimentary Free delivery for all orders over £20.00 for delivery anywhere within the UK mainland. For all orders under £20.00, a flat rate of only £1.95 shipping cost will be charged inclusive of all postage & packaging. A signature will be required on delivery of all orders.   

2.      All UK orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same working day subject to availability via the Royal Mail Service, otherwise they may be sent out the following working day. Most packages are likely to arrive within 1-3 working days. A signature will be required upon delivery.

3.      Note an email notification will be sent once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre.

4.      European or International orders from outside the UK will be subject to additional postage costs at the prevailing rate. Please contact our Customer services department prior to placing your order with details of your requested items and delivery details. Our customer service staff will reply shortly with further information regarding your order and additional delivery costs. 

5.       WakeupMakeup.com may not be held liable for late delivery. This is often the result of a third party logistics provider. Additionally during Christmas and other seasonal periods, please allow an extra few days for your order to arrive. 

6.      WakeupMakeup.com reserves the right to delay the despatch of customer ordered goods.  This may be invoked when investigating possible fraudulent transactions.
